Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. At House of Salma, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers. However, if you would like to return/exchange your item(s), please email us at within 7 days of delivery with your order number, details about the product you would like to return and why you wish to return. Please read the information below. If all conditions are not met, House of Salma reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange.



You may return your items for a refund/exchange given you meet our returns policy within 7 days from the date of delivery. We reserve the right to deny any returns that are made after this period. 

Please be advised that House of Salma can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping, handling and customs/duty are nonrefundable. To be eligible for a return, your item (s) must be unused, not damaged, soiled, free from smells, fragrance, makeup, lint and stains with all labels and tags attached. Garment (s) must not have been worn and must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not provide a return label; any returns costs are paid by the customer and you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping fees for exchanges. Please note: House of Salma is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. We will contact you regarding updates on your returns when we receive your returned package.

Please note: We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear. We do not offer store credit, refund or exchange for purchases on Hijabs, undercaps, accessories, gift cards, sales items and any orders bought with promo or coupon codes. We take great effort to ensure that the colours displayed for the products on our website are a true reflection of the products real colour. However, there might be a slight variation in the colour shade of the product from the original colour due to the limitations of viewing them on different electronic devices. We provide no guarantee if the colour of the product purchased from our website does turn out to be as expected.

Items purchased with a discount code or during a sale/promotion are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges or returns due to colour mismatch are subject to up to 30% restocking charge.


Damaged Items

If you received a damaged or defected item, please contact us via email at within 7 days of receiving the item or else your return will not be accepted and we will not be able to refund, exchange or provide any store credit for the item. Defective items may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or equivalent model. We will always try our best to ensure you are happy with the outcome of your purchase.
